P&G Alumni Foundation Grant Program 2025

In the 20th year of grant-making, the P&G Alumni Foundation encourage a charitable organization to apply for its grant program if their mission aligns with the Foundation’s focus on economic empowerment and a P&G Alum is actively and meaningfully involved.

The Foundation invests in programming across the globe that contributes toward real employment, financial independence, and the economic well-being of those served.

Areas
The core areas supported are
Job development & vocational training.
Business-related education & training.
Entrepreneurial or business ventures viable in local communities.

Eligibility Criteria
The Foundation accepts grant requests from tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations in the U.S. and from charitable equivalents outside the U.S. subject to the following 

Eligibility requirements:
Your mission and the project or program seeking funding must be strongly aligned with the Foundation’s mission of economically empowering those in need.
Your proposal must demonstrate how it contributes toward sustainable employment opportunities (e.g., job skills development, vocational training, business-related training, entrepreneurial or business ventures, etc.) and how you will measure results.
One or more P&G Alums must be actively and meaningfully involved with the charitable organization for a minimum of one year.
The charitable organization must be in existence for a minimum of two fiscal years and provide financial statements upon request.
Grants are annual awards and limited to one-year commitments.

Vetting Procedures
Nonprofits registered in the U.S. are subject to ensuring compliance with IRS regulations governing 501(c)(3) organizations including a review of the GuideStar Charity Check. International charitable organizations not registered in the U.S. are required to complete due diligence as prescribed by the Grants Committee prior to receiving a grant award if selected.
This due diligence will continue to ensure that our grant partners are performing their charitable work in a transparent and accountable manner while meeting registration requirements with local governments.
Information to complete the due diligence should be easily accessible by the nonprofit and ordinary in nature. There is no cost to the nonprofit for completing the due diligence review process.


The P&G Alumni Foundation Grant Program has made a significant impact by supporting charitable organizations that focus on economic empowerment. Since its inception, the program has helped over 223,000 people across 42 countries, funding initiatives that provide **job development, vocational training, business education, and entrepreneurial support. The grants have enabled thousands of individuals to gain employment, start businesses, and achieve financial independence.

How to Succeed in Getting the Grant
To increase your chances of securing a P&G Alumni Foundation Grant, follow these key steps:

1. Ensure Eligibility – The organization must be a registered nonprofit (501(c)(3) in the U.S. or equivalent internationally) and must align with the foundation’s mission of economic empowerment.
2. Active P&G Alumni Involvement – At least one P&G alum must be actively engaged in the organization for a minimum of one year.
3. Demonstrate Impact – Your proposal should clearly show how the grant will contribute to sustainable employment opportunities, such as vocational training, business-related education, or entrepreneurial ventures.
4. Financial Transparency– The organization must have been in existence for at least two fiscal year and be able to provide financial statements upon request.
5. Submit a Strong Application– Applications must be submitted electronically through the grant portal before the deadline (May 10, 2025) and should include measurable goals and expected outcomes.
